Wall Transformation in Polar White

Mrs Duncan, Glasgow

At the end of 2024, we had the pleasure of Mrs Duncan contacting us in regards to her property in the heart of Glasgow. Her home, a much loved space with a beautiful view, had started to show signs of wear on its exterior. The rear render under the conservatory was bossed, the front window cill had burst with cracks, and there were surface cracks across the wet cast. Mrs Duncan wanted to give the home a well-deserved refresh.

Wash & Biocide Treatment Stage

The project began with a full wash and biocide treatment carried out by Arron, ensuring the walls were clean and free from any organic growth. Installer Neil then followed with detailed repairs and a smooth, even coating. Once complete, the home was transformed with a bright Polar White finish that instantly lifted the property’s appearance and offered lasting protection from the Scottish weather.

Mrs Duncan shared that she had initially been uncertain about going ahead with the work but was reassured after speaking with her neighbours, who had recently worked with LTI and were delighted with the results. “I thought the house could do with a bit of an upgrade, a freshen up,” she explained. “Several neighbours had had it done recently, and I liked the results they had, so I was willing to just go ahead with LTI on that basis.”

What did the customer say?

From start to finish, the experience was straightforward. “There was a lot more involved than I actually had anticipated. I simply thought it was a case of painting the house. But then I realized there was the washing, the roughcast repairs, and the final coating. The guys were all very nice, courteous, and pleasant to be with.”

The transformation took two days to complete, and Mrs Duncan was thrilled with the outcome. “I think my house now looks very smart. It’s important to keep your property up to date and several neighbours have remarked that they think it looks great. It was worth my while doing this.”

Her final thoughts summed up the experience perfectly: “I would say give it a go. My experience has been 100% worthwhile. I would encourage people to get the process started and take it step by step. For me, it was a successful experience.”

Result

A refreshed, modern exterior that looks as good as new, with long-lasting protection and a very happy customer in Glasgow.
